Buylist Policy

BUYLIST INSTRUCTIONS:
Please read completely before sending us any cards.
 
Buylist Requirements:

Orders must be submitted by someone 18 years of age or older.
Buylist order total must be $10 minimum ($25 if being paid by check)
Cards must be packed in the same order as listed on the buylist email or a 10% sorting fee will be deducted from your total, and your order may be delayed up to 5 business days.

Counterfeit Card Policy:

If we have reason to believe a card sent to us is a counterfeit card, we will notify the customer immediately and the cards will be destroyed thereafter (proof of destruction may be requested by customer) as it is illegal for us to to send counterfeit materials through the United States Mail.

Payment Options:

Store Credit: Store Credit will be applied to your account. Store credit does not expire, and may be used on a future visit.
Check: A check will be mailed to you. (Minimum of $25) If done in person, Checks can only be issued Monday through Friday from 10am-5pm. If the buy order is dropped off on the weekend, a check can be issued Monday morning. 
Paypal: Your money will be deposited in to the designated PayPal account.
(Paypal transfers must be initiated by the Store Owner and will be done Monday through Friday 10am-5pm) 
Please note you may recieve less than the final total due to PayPal fees. (Paypal fee information here)

 Buylist Instructions - if you are doing an in-store transaction

 Using the In-Store Kiosk:

Select the cards you wish to sell as normal, then after processing your buylist order, have your cards arranged in the exact order listed in the confirmation email and notify a staff member. 
You may leave your cards with us, and after verifying the cards on  your invoice with you present, we will process your Buylist order as soon as possible. 
We will contact you via your preferred method when your Buylist order is ready (usually within 24 hours) 

In-Store Buylist Order hours:
Tuesdays 6:00pm-8:00pm
Fridays: 6:00pm-9:00pm
Saturdays: Noon-5pm
Sundays Noon-5pm
Outside of these hours, we may request that you leave your cards with us to be processed. 
A valid state ID may be required for all in-store orders. All buy orders are subject to manager approval. 
 

   Buylist Instructions (If you are shipping cards to us)

Cards should be packed securely so they will not be damaged during shipping. Insurance and tracking is recommended to ensure safe shipping. Kryptonite Kollectibles is not responsible for lost or damaged packages while in transit. 
If your package appears damaged upon receipt, it will be immediately returned to you

Be sure to include the invoice that was sent to your email with the subject: "Please review your buylist" and include it within your package.

While we understand that delays sometimes happen, cards must arrive within 10 business days of accepting your buylist order. After that, prices are subject to change. 

We will contact you when your order arrives at our location. You will recieve another email within 2 business days when your cards have been graded and a final value assesed.

 Cards that are determined to not be in Near Mint condition will have their prices adjusted in the following manner: 

• 85% of the NM Value for Slightly Played cards
• 70% of the NM Value for Played cards
• 50% of the NM Value for Damaged cards
  Any bulk cards that are not found in Near Mint condition will have their value decreased by 50%. 

An email will be sent out if your offer value decreases 20% or more due to conditions of cards. If we do not recieve a reply within 2 business days, we will process your order as normal. 
If you would like any non Near-Mint cards returned to you at your expense, please include a note in your order.
 Please allow one business day after your cards have been graded for payment to be sent/processed. 
All orders are subject to approval, and Kryptonite Kollectibles reserves the right to refuse to purchase any cards for any reason.
